Meet SOS Community Support

Support built on consistency, trust, and real relationships, helping you live more independently, every day.

Living independently takes the right support. As needs change over time, having someone reliable by your side makes it easier to stay confident, connected, and in control of everyday life.

At SOS Community Support, we provide personalised NDIS and aged care services across South Sydney and South Western Sydney. We work with NDIS funded and privately funded participants aged 9 and above, supporting people living with a range of disabilities as well as those needing aged care assistance.

Our focus is on building real relationships. We match you with consistent support workers who take the time to understand your routine, your preferences, and your goals. You will see the same familiar faces each visit, not a rotating roster of strangers.

You will find our team delivering personalised support across community participation, daily living assistance, personal care, in-home support, skill development, transport, and respite care. Everything we do is designed to help you live more independently.

Who we support

We support NDIS funded and privately funded participants aged 9 and above across South Sydney and South Western Sydney. Whether you are living with a physical disability, intellectual disability, psychosocial condition, or need aged care support, we tailor our services to your lifestyle and goals.

From building independence to staying connected with your community, we are here for you.

Our people

Our team is made up of experienced, caring support workers who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of participants and families.

We prioritise consistency. That means you build trust with familiar faces who understand your needs, your routine, and what matters to you. No more repeating yourself to a new worker every visit.

Our story

SOS Community Support was built on a simple belief: support should feel personal, reliable, and consistent.

Founded with hands-on experience in both disability and aged care, we understand what quality support looks like from the inside. We saw too many participants cycling through unfamiliar workers and decided to do things differently. Our focus has always been on building genuine relationships that help people feel supported and confident every day.

Our values

Everything we do is guided by:
  • Consistency Familiar faces. Reliable support. Every day.
  • Empowerment Independence, supported at your pace.
  • Safety & Trust Support you can feel safe with.
  • Connection Real relationships that matter.
  • Care & Respect Compassionate support, delivered with dignity.

Supporting our community

We support individuals and families across South Sydney and South Western Sydney with reliable, personalised disability and aged care services.

Our goal is simple: helping people stay connected, build confidence, and live more independently, with support they can count on every step of the way.

Our community

We believe strong communities are built through connection and consistent support. We work closely with participants, families, and local networks across South Sydney to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
