It can also include support with personal care tasks like hygiene, grooming, and dressing, depending on your needs and NDIS plan.
How it is funded
Daily living support falls under the NDIS Core Supports budget. The specific line item is “Assistance with Daily Life,” which covers support workers who help you with everyday activities in your home or community.

Who can access daily living support
Daily living support is available to NDIS participants with funded Core Supports. It is also available to privately funded individuals who need practical help at home. At SOS Community Support, we work with participants aged 9 and above, including those with aged care needs.
